My name is Dinky Dana and I have been reviewing video games on YouTube and Twitch since 2009!

If you are looking for new games to play or just want to hear what another gamer thinks about some of your favorite games, I hope my site will be a place for you to find what you are looking for.

When it comes to video game reviews, it’s difficult to find a review you can trust and appreciates video games the same way you do.

From all the critics for big corporations and magazines reviewing games that just aren’t always in touch with what real gamer’s like to overly critical gamers who nitpick mechanics or particular game styles, it can be tough to find reviews you can relate to.

Whether that review is me or not, I hope you will appreciate the approach I take to my video game reviews.

I focus my video game reviews around whether you should (or shouldn’t) play a particular video game. I don’t dwell on game play mechanics or small details, I like to focus on the broader picture of whether a game will connect with you as a player or not.

So far, it seems to be working. I have grown my YouTube channel to over 10 million views, got partnered on Twitch and climbed to the top 1% on the site within a year. For me, it’s all about sharing games that I love and bringing new gamers to video games they may not have played before.

Why Did I Start Making Video Game Reviews?​

I’ve played video games since I was 4 years old starting with the original Donkey Kong on Atari and Legend of Zelda on the Nintendo NES. I’ve always loved video games and loved sharing the best ones with my friends.

Back in 2009, I played a video game called “Flower” for the PS3 and I tried to get my friends to play it.

I kept telling my friends that they needed to play the game and when I would explain the game, it just didn’t motivate them to play the game.

I remember saying, “Guys, you’ll love this game! You control a flower petal that goes around and collects other flower petals. It’s a really amazing game!”

After thinking about how that sounded, I could see why it didn’t motivate them to play the game.

So I decided that they needed game play footage to understand and thus…my YouTube channel was born.

Since then, I have continued to review many of my favorite video games including Shadow of the Colossus, Demon’s Souls, Limbo, Bioshock, and many more video games.I then began live streaming video games on Twitch and sharing all the games I was playing with my viewers and experiencing the games together.

I managed to be over 120 video games live on stream and I developed this site to start holding all of my video game reviews as I continue to play.
